ISRO the indian space organization launched the much touted bhuvan the 3D sattelite imagery of earth on 12th august 2009. It covers only indian geographic locations as of now, but it is capable of covering globe. But since the day of launch the ISROs Beta version of website, it is heavily loaded with users. So it might seem as bhuvan site is down or not accessible. You might need some clicks on its URL to get lucky.
